as the space may reach capacity due to occupancy limits.
PLEASE NOTE:
For safety and fun, each child must be accompanied by one adult and supervised at all times. Additional parents are welcome at no charge to hang out in the lobby or café, and may join the playroom if it’s not busy, at the discretion of The HH staff.
For everyone’s safety, clean grippy socks are required for play.
Forgot yours? No worries — we have socks available for just $2 at the café!
A signed waiver is also required for play.

Why is there a play fee?
We’ve created a clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed space for your little ones to explore, play, and grow. Your play fee helps cover things like insurance, high-quality toys, regular rotation of new activities, and the products and time it takes to keep everything sanitized and ready for each family. It allows us to keep the space clean, safe, and enjoyable every time you visit.

Do you offer any free play days?
Yes! Thanks to the generosity of local churches and businesses, we’re able to offer sponsored free play days throughout the year. You can find upcoming dates on our Events page.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, a waiver is required for all children. To make check-in easy, you can fill it out ahead of time from home and add all your children under one form.
Can I drop my child off?
We are not a childcare center, so a parent or guardian must stay and supervise at all times. Our space is designed for you to enjoy alongside your little ones. However, there are ticketed events that might have this option so sign up for our newsletter and be in the know!
Can my kid and I leave and come back the same day?
Yes! Same-day re-entry is welcome and does not require an additional play fee.
Can visits be shared?
Yes! Play Pass visits can be shared between siblings or friends. A 10 visit Play Pass can be purchased at The HH.
